Álex Marco studied at the Universidad Politéctica de Valencia, studies which he completed with his fellowship at the Academy of Brera in Milan. His work, approaches the abstraction from the stain, fragments and strokes. He has been working with the gallery since 2014, being one of the artists selected in the XVI CALL—International Call for Young Artists—. La hora loca de los gatos, his first individual in the gallery, was the inaugural exhibition of the Boiler Room space in 2015.
He has been awarded several prizes, including the Premio Senyera and the BMW Awards honourable mention. His work can be found in several public collections, such as the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Carlos and Fundación UPV, or private collections like Pérez Art Museum PAMM in Miami, or the Collection by DKV.
